T-1 Internet Lines:
An Internet T1 (or T-1 line) is a digital, dedicated local access connection supporting data rates of 1.544 Megabits Per Second (Mbps) that can be channelized into 24 individual channels that each provide 64 Kilobits Per Second (Kbps). Each 64 Kbps channel can connect to the Internet individually or the Internet T1 can be configured to aggregate all of the 24 channels into one large 1.544 Mbps concatenated channel.
DIRECTV Service:
DIRECTV allows you to surf a large number of channels with ease. The receivers provided by DIRECTV include program guides that you can access through your television set to find the channels that you want to watch very easily. Through this on-screen guide, a list of favorite channels can be set up which will facilitate easier surfing through the large number of channels available to DIRECTV customers. You may alos choose to use channel neighborhoods to easily locate the type of programming that is of interest to you. The channel neighborhoods include the following groupings:

You can also access to manage your DIRECTV account via the DIRECTV website at www.directv.com. Residential DIRECTV customers can access their account by registering on the DIRECTV website www.directv.com. Commercial customers must call 1-800-DIRECTV to review options for account logins.

Voice over IP is a digital phone service that allow users to make calls across the public switched telephone network (PSTN) via the Internet. By using a high speed Internet connection and a VoIP phone or analog telephone adapter (ATA), a user receives the same type of phone service as plain old telephone service (POTS) plus many additional features. MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching):
MPLS is a standardized data switching technology that optimizes network traffic flow and eases management of data networks. MPLS carves specific paths data packets that are identified by a label that saves the time needed for a router to look up the address to the next node in order to forward the packet. MPLS works with the Internet Protocol (IP), Asynchronous Transport Mode (ATM), and frame relay network protocols. MPLS allows most packets to be forwarded at the layer 2 (switching) level rather than at the layer 3 (routing) level and makes it easy to manage quality of service (QoS).
High Speed Internet Access via Ethernet
High Speed Internet Access via Ethernet local access connects end user Ethernet local area networks (LANs) to the Internet over a metropolitan wide area networks (WANs) at speeds ranging from 1 megabit per second (Mbps) up to 1 gigabit per second (Gbps). Internet access via Ethernet is an "always on", flat-rate service that offers faster, more cost effective Internet access than is available through traditional telecommunication access technologies such as T1 / T3 or E1 / E3 connections.
Internet access via Ethernet is becoming more and more popular to meet the growing demand for dynamic high bandwidth increases. For example, an increase from 10 to 100 Mbps can be accomplished by a High Speed Internet over Ethernet provider by simple changing the settings on already installed Ethernet switches. This scalability is cost effective for customers in that bandwidth can be increased or decreased quickly and easily, on demand, without the necessity of adding or changing datacom equipment as would be required with T1 / T3 or E1 / E3 local access lines.
DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) Service:
Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) is a voice and data access service that supports both voice and data communication across a copper plain old telephone serivce (POTS) line and significantly increases the digital capacity of analog POTS access lines.
POTS local loop speed is increased by up to 50 times when a DSL modem is attached at the customer premise and a Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) is connected to the local access loop at the local telephone company central office (CO).
DSL service is delverd as Asymmetric DSL (ADSL) which is the most common application for Internet access, where fast downstream is required, but slow upstream is acceptable, and as Symmetric DSL (SDSL) which supports high speed access across the local access loop in both directions.
Wireless Internet Service:
Satellite Wireless Internet is a new way to access the Internet at high speeds from anywhere in the United States. Satellite Wireless Internet is delivered via satellites that orbit the Earth while transmitting and receiving high frequency radio internet data to a small dish located at the customer premise.
